The human body is pretty amazing. It is made up of many parts that work together to make one significant creature that can live. The human eyes are portrayed as the windows of the spirit. The mouth as the messenger of thought, and the nose as the servant of olfaction. The skin is only the casing to the picture. Unfortunately, many judges themselves by this casing.

Every lady likes to look beautiful and sound. It is the fantasy of every female to look smart and sound. Every woman likes to have smooth, soft skin which emanates amongst others and separates them from the crowd.  However, many women neglect to understand their fantasies as they are so caught up with their work and daily commitments that they neglect to pay any attention to their body and skin.

These women lose their charm and fail to look beautiful significantly after layers of cosmetics are put on them. They extensively spend large sums of money in buying skin creams, which offer guarantees of giving more beautiful and a smoother skin to touch. Some of them work, and some of them do not. However, the ones that work are quite expensive and not every person can bear the cost of them

It helps in regulating our body’s temperature, like when we have a fever or we’re physicallyworking hard, we sweat and this action is a way of reducing the body temperature. The skin also protects us from harmful substances enteringour body, and, like the liver and kidneys plays its part in eliminating
toxins – disposing of the junk. The skin also breathes.

Our skin does alot more than just fulfil these functions, but this should be enough to
show the importance of looking after our skin as best we can We all wash our skin every day and we may even rub some body cream on it; we often go one step further, say, when we plan to go out, often utilizing a cleanser and then a lotion before applying make-up. But is that really skin care? The answer is no, it isn’t; this is assaulting the skin rather than caring for it. Many of the products on the beauty and skin care advertise are full of artificial colours,emulsifiers and other chemicals, which are supposed to help in achieving the “charming
look”.Some products are advertising hormones, which are supposed to make your skin re-gain that young (no wrinkles) look – but more often than not these ‘hormones’ are artificial or synthetic and may well cause issues with the hormonal balance of the body.

This is NOT Skin care! The real skin care is much more than you think and is more than just skin deep. Your skin is a living, breathing organ of your body. As such, just like every other organ in our body, it needs to be fed from the outside AND the inside.

It requires nutrients just like that our skin is the largest part of our body and needs constant care and miniaturization to achieve a healthy glow.First thing to healthy-looking skin is establishing an internal regimen. There are 4 basic elements to feeding the inside. The first is Good nutrition which intends to keep skin simple, fresh, natural and unprocessed.

The simpler the food, the less processing. The natural and the fresher your food is, the better it is for you. Secondly, Adequate rest is expected to ensure that you get the sleep you need. Invest some additional time into relaxation so that you gain an increase in energy and concentration. You will see you will get more work done in less time if you’ve had sufficient rest.

The third step is Sufficient water intake because our body simply needs water to function. If you do not drink at least 3 litre per day, your body will either not function well.  This is called dehydration.
The last one is Fresh air and sunshine because the ageing you see in your skin is natural, not sequential, and can be delayed.There are, as well, 3 basic elements in external skin care. For
external care the initial step is Cleanse in which we mostly use soap for cleaning our face. Soap make your skin dry-out quicker. Most soaps remove the natural oils of the skin, change the natural pH levels and do nothing to evacuate.

The dead layers of skin, which can block your pores and lead to pimples.  So do not use soap or detergents except it is vital. The subsequent stage is to hydrate and tone the skin. Exfoliator will remove the dead skin cells and this in turn will promote better blood circulation and help your skin to breath and remains fresh.

When you have removed the dead skin layers by rubbing the skin with an exfoliate or any other cleanser, now it’s time to remove the residue, and prepare the skin for getting a good feed of nutrients from the moisturiser.

The last step is Moisture:

In which the most important is the ingredients of the moisture, which are used in it. Our body absorbs these substances and if they are not useful, then the body has to eliminate them. If our body can’t eliminate these substances This is a potential problem and could cause health issues down the line. Pure essential oils, or herbal extracts are usually good ingredients to have in your skin care products.

It is not difficult to take care of your skin, and it is certainly possible if you just take out half an hour every day to give to your skin and bodily needs, as it really helps build your personality and
contribute to your beauty and looks. Your skin is an extremely prominent feature of your body, and hence you need to pay great attention to every single detail in order to guarantee that it doesn’t exacerbate.

As a consumer, it’s important to know what you are paying for. You may think that you are purchasing a great product, but based on the classifications listed above, you may not be getting your money’s worth. Education is key in making healthy and informed buying choices.
